All our children in Year 2 and key stage 2 (years 3, 4, 5 and 6) are offered the chance to take part in peripatetic music lessons at Cold Harbour School. We currently offer violin, flute and guitar lessons. Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first come first serve basis.

Lessons are chargeable and payment is required in advance before the start of each term. Children are welcome to bring their own instruments to lessons. However instruments can be hired from the Music Service at an additional cost.

At the end of each school year we like to have a concert within school to share the musical achievements of the children with our families. The children really do enjoy performing to an audience and it is certainly one of the highlights of our school year.

In April, children from Years 3, 4 & 5 were treated to a musical extravaganza when members of the MK Music Hub came in to entertain us with their amazing musical skills.
